Smith Rock
Ok, first set of photos are here.
Great trip, arrived Thursday night, climbed fri,sat,sun. First time I've ever done that much climbing. The climbing guide to Smith Rock is a little out of date so keep that in mind.
Not in the mood to do a full trip report, but it was beautiful.
If you look close at this pic You can see three people. This is the White Satin route on the Phoenix wall. A good majority of the other pics are of our ascent of that wall. In the picture you can see two people at the hanging belay at the top of the second pitch, with a third person ascending the third pitch. I sat/stood/squatted at that uncomfortable belay for almost two hours. Not a highlight I promise. Looking left (in the pic) from that spot I could see a line of bolts along the arete and a 5.10+ climb I would definitely like to try some day.
